Leader Communications Inc. Site Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Position Summary
The Site Manager will provide Information Technology (IT) support for the overall delivery of Information Technology Services (ITS) and Administrative Telephone Services (ATS).
Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government security clearance to be retained in the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages onsite team and delivery of services, to include cost, schedule, and performance.
Provide supervision to team members; focal point for communications with customers.
Manages training and certification of employees.
Oversees the project, ensure the project is on track, and review all process modification decisions.
Attend weekly/monthly status meetings, prepare and submit reports; as required to the Government.
Facilitate contractor personnel staffing and security issues including facilitating clearances.
Provide on-site technical guidance to corresponding government personnel.
Develop project plans pertaining to short term and/or temporary initiatives.
Provide management status reports to the NEC Director.
Review all new process enhancements and/or modifications, and provide implementation updates to the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and implement a quality control program to satisfy contract requirements.
Provide project coordination and management to assist the NEC and its customers in the implementation and maintenance of the enterprise system components and other products that fall under the umbrella of enterprise systems management.
Responsible for the overall management and coordination on matters pertaining to the contract.
Serve as the single point of contact for contract administration issues with the Customer.
Coordinate resource, staffing, and scheduling requirements. The Contractor shall ensure reporting documentation for Operations Orders (OPORDS), Warning Orders (WARNOS), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOS)/Tasks/Directives and Projects meet the stated standards for each method reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact to contract employees and customers to ensure project deliverables and contractual commitments are met.
Provide project management tasks and monthly reports in a timely manner.
Track and manage overall project status. Projects shall meet 95% on-time completion (within established schedules) and within budget as relevant to the NEC.
Produce system configuration documents and adhere to the quality control processes for all documentation developed and maintained.
Document actions and status of assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures to include the management of assets.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Formulate and review plans and deliverable items.
Perform all duties associated with control O&M and ensure full operational capability 99% of the time.
Must be detail and safety oriented.

Education & Experience Requirements
BS in IT-related or Telecommunications or equivalent Technical degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant experience required
DoD Programs experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
Certification: CompTIA Security+ or higher and a Project Management Certification (PMP, Project+, Telco, IT Cert etc)
Skill & Certification Requirements
Project Management Certification (PMP, Project+, Telco, IT Cert etc)
Telecommunications or IT Support Experience
SharePoint
Proficient in troubleshooting techniques
May be required to lift more than 50lbs
Position requires sitting, standing, keeling for long periods of time
