Skyline Products Recruiting Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Specialist in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Skyline Products is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administrative tasks and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various tasks and initiatives.

This role will support the HR Department in doing an initial phone screen with our candidates, making cold calls, scheduling interviews with our hiring managers, updating spreadsheets, and being backup to payroll as needed.

The Recruiting Coordinator position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality. If you are passionate about Human Resources, you will gain experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving many HR functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with maintaining employee records (electronic and hard copies)

  • Updates recruiting spreadsheets

  • Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Reviews resumes, phone screens candidates, and assists with scheduling face-to-face interviews 

  • Assists with coordinating orientation for new hires

  • Works with HR Director to coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs

  • Tracks employee data

  • Backup to Payroll

  • Assists with audits and compliance

  • Administers background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork

  • Assists with new hire onboarding and off-boarding

  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training

  • Maintains I-9s and processes E-Verify

  • Coordinates Safety initiatives

  • Assists with ISO Compliance

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED required

· 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paylocity, Paycom, or other HR Systems

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and exporting data to Excel

· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - JazzHR a Plus

· Computer literacy and experience with MS Office is required

· Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

· Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Excellent organization skills and time-management skills

· Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume, team-oriented environment

Compensation

$20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience
