Xylem Quality Technician in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Core Responsibilities and Tasks:

Conduct quality control checks on data

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

Identify and report any quality issues via non-conformance reporting system.

Develop and implement quality control procedures

Maintain accurate and organized records of data analysis and quality control processes

Document any findings or issues discovered during the analysis

Create and update quality control reports

Keep track of any changes or updates to quality control procedures

Communicate with team members, other departments and suppliers regarding quality control results

Collaborate with other analysts to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Provide feedback and recommendations for improving quality

Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes

Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions

Implement new tools and techniques to enhance quality control efforts

Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Position Requirements:

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project manufacturing environment.

Experience utilizing basic inspection tools such as caliper, tape measure, thickness gages, etc.

Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP) and data entry.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary range:

$37,500.00 - $59,500.00
