Volt is immediately hiring for Team Lead in Colorado Springs, CO.

As an Team Lead, you will: Analyzes and resolves work problems. Reviews work orders to estimate each employee hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs, eliminating overtime. Ensure supplied materials flow to process to avoid stock-out/shortages/line stoppage/waiting Create and maintain a sense of urgency. Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products that fail to meet standards.

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of manufacturing experience working as a team lead/supervisor Hours: 4pm to 1230am

Days: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $26-$28 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
