Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc. PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS DIVISION in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The President of the Commercial Intelligence Operations Division with our organization performs the following professional duties: 1. Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.

  1. Provide strategic leads and head-up Integrity's new commercial intelligence division, for achieving Integrity's mission, vision, values and strategic objectives.

  2. Collaborate with senior managers and decisions makers to identify, mitigate, and propose resolutions to current affairs and geo-political tensions through maximization extrapolation, and exploitation of data sources.

  3. Continue a track record of supervising and directing analysts to make judgements and achieve success, preferably in a National Security, Counter Terrorism or Maritime setting.

  4. Lead teams that are proficient on running GS database comparisons, and engineer, train, maintain and execute advanced procedures using Structured Query Language (SQL), Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Beyond Compare, scripting, bit level comparisons, data parsers and others for development and validation of mission products.

  5. Negotiate and Settle contracts with major corporate and/ or public sector organizations.

  6. Communicate with senior CEO of other organizations and senior levels of Government regarding products, services, and outcomes.

  7. Analyze, plan and implement at a strategic level, internal and external strengths and weaknesses to drive organizational growth.

  8. Promote well established contacts throughout the world to assist with growth of Integrity, particularly in the following areas; UK, Canada, USA, Australia, GCC.

  9. Embrace, with immediate effect, Integrity's latest inventions (methane sensor and new radar capability) in a security setting and initiate business liaisons to ensure sales and business development.

  10. Establish an environmental arm of the security branch to safeguard the planet in line with President Biden's global methane reduction pledge.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: M.S. in Criminal Justice, closely related field, or foreign equivalent degree

MINIMUM PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Two years' experience in job proffered or security operations analyst

TRAVEL: Travel to anticipated and unanticipated worksites up to 10% of time.
