Kratos Technology & Training Solutions Logistics Analyst in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Kratos has a new opportunity for an experienced Logistics Analyst to be responsible for life cycle management of parts and spares for the Kratos Global Sensor Network (KGSN). This includes planning, coordinating, and controlling depot and remote site parts and spares inventory. Specific responsibilities include shipping and receiving, export compliance, material expediting, procurement of parts and services, and inventory control. Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. Develops and implements control systems to move inventory in a timely and cost-effective manner. Negotiates with production and OEM vendors for delivery of forecast parts. Maintains spares inventory and analyzes and manages disposition of surplus, scrap, and obsolete components. Resolves inventory discrepancies. May be responsible for preparing monthly reports as requested by Keyword: Logistics planner, material planning and handling, inventory management, inventory control, shipping and receiving, export compliance, customer service Required Experience:

Requires a bacheloris degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management and or business Requires experience in material planning and handling, inventory control and good customer service and communications skills. Requires experience in shipping internationally, understanding shipping routes, and international customs for exporting to specific global locations from the US and non-US locations Knowledge and experience with ITAR, EAR, and REACH Must have a high level of attention to detail Must be a self-starter, and have good problem-solving skills Experience with inventory control software; MS Excel Ability to multi-task, and strong task organizational skills Preferred Skills and Experience SATCOM and or Defense Logistics with knowledge of RF equipment Warehouse management Demand forecasting Inventory management Packaging ERP system experience Ability to use Microsoft Office Products #LI-Onsite Competitive salary based on experience and education Salary Range: $85,000-$120,000 Kratos is valued for our ability to design and deliver leading edge, resilient solutions for aerospace communication, control, awareness and mission success across a continuum of offeringsifrom commercial to tailored custom solutions and integrated programs.
