Leading Edge offers academic support and high-quality before and after school programming onsite for children in early childhood, elementary and middle schools across the country. Teach and educate children according to approved Leading Edge curriculum standards Ensure program(s) are running to Leading Edge and state licensing standards Ensure administrative functions are current to include state licensing related requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a best-in-class customer service focus Meet with school administration to ensure program(s) are running efficiently Ensuring state ratios are adhered to Communication with parents and families consistently Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality Highly detail-oriented and organized in work Demonstrated leadership experience Onboard and train new employees Ability to meet assigned deadlines Perform other duties as assigned Position Requirements:

A positive attitude All staff must complete state-required background checks Must be available during all program hours (split shift) Need to provide hours letters to verify you meet state regulations This is a part-time position Monday-Friday. The schedule will vary based on your needs and ours.
