Kratos has an exciting opportunity for an experiencediGovernment Contracts Manager to join the team, with the following responsibilities: Serves as the Contractual Liaison to internal and external stakeholders during the acquisition lifecycle Completes required contractual documentation during acquisition lifecycle: Reps and Certs, Business Certifications, Data Rights, assists in review of terms and conditions, intellectual property and data rights, customer requirements, and government regulations Responsible for contract proposal management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as ensure compliance with customer requirements and government regulations Ensures industry best practices during the acquisition lifecycle Assists in the creation and negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Subcontracts Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple efforts in tandem Provides weekly status on active proposal efforts to Kratos Contracts Team Assists in the development and/or improvement of Kratos processes and tools Organizes, Manages and Updates the Contractual Proposal Data Library Provide active, creative, and business oriented solutions as part of reviewing RFPs, statement of works, schedules, and deliverables Assist in the evaluation of organizational conflict of interest (OCI) issues and prepare mitigation strategies as necessary Provide guidance on contractual matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures Establish and maintain excellent customer relations both internally and externally Knowledge of legal implications and requirements of contract clauses including contract administration functions required to ensure compliance with contract documents and monitor subcontractor performance, negotiate necessary changes, and resolve issues Experience with managing and administrating various contract types (CR, T&M, FFP, IDIQ, etc.) Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and other government procurement regulations Proficient computer skills (MS Word & Excel). Strong writing, communication, organizational and analytical skills Ability to work with moderate supervision, have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Keyword: Contract administration, procurement, organizational skills, SBIR Phase III, negotiation, proposals, government contracts Required Experience:
