Description

Robert Half is partnering with an innovative Colorado Springs based pediatric cognitive development center in search of their next director. This role is 5x/week on-site in Colorado Springs, with flexibility to travel and may require some evening hours.

Location: Colorado Springs, 5x/week on-site

Salary: $55k + profit sharing bonuses quarterly

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Colorado Springs center.

• Drive enrollment through sales and community outreach efforts.

• Work directly with adult clients, children and families to ensure a positive experience.

• Supervise, train, and support a team of brain trainers.

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and engaging center environment.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree minimum required.

• Sales experience helpful – ability to sell a program you believe in a must. The center will have extensive training in their systems, approaches and methodology in terms of sales, as well as overall.

• Experience working with children and families.

• Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.

• Availability during afternoons and evenings.

• A servant's heart to serve the center staff and the clients.
