We are currently seeking a dedicated and seasoned Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare client in Colorado Springs. You will be managing the daily operations of the accounts payable department and supervising a team of 1-2 clerks. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the entry of all accounts payable to guarantee timely and accurate execution.

• Utilize excellent customer service skills to efficiently handle internal and external customer concerns.

• Manage disbursements, monthly close-out, and year-end close-out tasks.

• Strictly enforce adherence to policies, procedures, and internal control in compliance with the latest regulations.

• Administer the ERP Accounts Payable system, making necessary corrections to AP and GL transactions.

• Exhibit software adaptability by swiftly mastering diverse digital applications.

• Show enthusiasm towards adopting new technology and processes, like the "paperless" initiatives.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within the Healthcare sector.

• Mastery of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures is crucial for this role.

• Proficiency in the use of Concur for expense management is required.

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is necessary.

• Candidates must demonstrate strong vendor management skills.

• Familiarity with month-end close activities, including reconciliation and reporting is essential.

• Expertise in Form 1099 preparation and filing is expected.

• Knowledge of General Ledger accounting practices is a requirement for this role.

• Proficiency in using Dynamics SL for financial management is necessary.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups are required.
