Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Collinsville, IL to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You’ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs. Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site.

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

What you will do:

  • Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately

  • Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations

  • Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment

  • Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation

  • *Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

What you will bring:

  • Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details

  • Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proven team player

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $19 and up

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
