Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician 3

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm & 11pm-7:30am

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, heater bands, injection molding machinery, and presses.

• Perform wiring for 110 - 480V 3 phase motors and motor control drives.

• Troubleshoot and perform minor edits on PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).

• Perform mechanical repairs on rollers, bearings, and presses.

• Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance and work orders.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams.

• Work on general automation tasks.

• Use basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance roles, with at least 2 years in manufacturing.

• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and editing (no programming required).

• Ability to troubleshoot ladder logic proficiently.

• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, 24VDC electrical circuits, 120/230/480 single and 3-phase circuits, water chillers, plumbing, electric, and controls.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with calipers, electrical meters, pressure reading devices, and temperature gauges is preferred.

• Punch press experience is highly preferred.

• Welding and fabricating skills are a major plus but not required.

• Basic knowledge and experience with HVAC, compressors, and water chillers.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00
