We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Key Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate coordinate the key replacement process with clients, vendors, and lot staff. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the key process including maintaining a key audit log, coordinating with locksmiths, creating key invoices, uploading supporting documentation while maintaining client specifications and timeframes.

Responsibilities :
Communicate effectively with clients, auctions, transporters, customers, affiliates, and branches via email and/or phone regarding key issues.
Notate and update key requests in the system of record and/or separate key audit log for all branches and affiliates.
Assist with streamlining processes to improve workflow.
Perform clerical functions such as creating receipts, documents and uploading paperwork into the company’s system of record.
Handle situations/calls with minimal intervention.
Understand and assist in implementing procedures set forth by senior management.
Starting pay for this position is $16+/hour, based on experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
Proficient with computers and software applications
Intermediate 10-key
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt to fluctuating work flow
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Positive attitude
Successfully pass pre-employment screening
