Summary: Under general supervision, the Logistics Specialist I is responsible for the accurate receiving, packing, shipping, and external distribution of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and non-GMP materials in support of company operations.

Essential Functions:

• Executes manufacturing vial pulls, packing shipments, and product storage as directed by internal schedules
• Ensure all finished good stock creations are accurately received, stored, and documented
• Provide shipping KPIs to Supply Chain management
• Ensures accurate review and monitoring of DeltaV building management system and warehouse TCEs
• Perform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system
• Comply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local and corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulations
• Perform the coordination and monitoring of all inbound and outbound shipments, including the detailed packing and tracking of cold chain shipment
• Create Transfer Orders and Requests
• Perform cycle counting and inventory audits.
• All other duties as required.

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Must be able to work weekends, off-shifts, overtime, and a rotating on-call schedule, as required
• Handle and work with hazardous materials and chemicals per OSHA guidelines.
• Experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
• Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment is required.
• Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to60 pounds with assistance.
• Work in cold, hot, and humid temperatures and/or high places.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Wear require PPE.
• Attendance is mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma with at least (2) two years of work experience with, one (1) year of relevant Shipping, Import/Export, or Warehouse experience
• Working knowledge of ERP application software
