Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Flight Support Assistant to join their team. The client is at the forefront of drone delivery services, revolutionizing how goods are transported and delivered. As part of our commitment to excellence and safety, we are seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Assistant to support our drone delivery operations. This role is critical to the seamless execution of daily operations, encompassing physical tasks, operational support, and community ambassador tasks.

Job Title: Flight Support Assistant

Location: Onsite: 400 Technology Parkway College Station TX 77845 United States

Pay Range: $25/hr - $28/hr

Responsibilities:

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment, including drone batteries, related gear, ensuring all components are prepared for daily operations.

• Utilize good visual acuity to serve as a Visual Observer with the ability to identify and respond to obstacles, hazards, or changes in flight conditions during drone operations.

• With strong communication and interpersonal skills, embody the role of a Community Ambassador, fostering positive relations and representing our innovative mission with pride and professionalism in every interaction.

• Demonstrate proficiency in a warehouse setting, engaging in fulfillment operations with an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring a seamless supply chain, from storage to delivery.

• Adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Current Part 107 certificate holder Drone experience

• Availability to work in shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Capable of working effectively in a high-pressure environment

• Ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, climb ladders and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

•Prior experience in drone industry

• Ability and license to operate a motor vehicle
