Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This role is based in an animal processing plant. The Maintenance Technician will focus more on electrical tasks but will also be responsible for mechanical repairs on conveyors and motors. The role includes welding and fabrication of machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

• Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyors and motors.

• Engage in welding and fabrication tasks.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.

• Work with blueprints, schematics, and wiring.

• Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors.

• Handle PLC troubleshooting and conduit wiring.

Work Environment

The role is in an animal processing plant, which can be very smelly. The available shifts are 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 8 AM.
