As a member of the Regence Idaho Sales team, our Account Executives and Account Executive Seniors are responsible for strategic account management, retaining existing business, and expanding relationships with key agents and brokers in an assigned territory. This role involves cross-selling multiple lines of business, building strong partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and revenue. - all in service of making our members\' health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • The Account Executive would have a bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business or a related field with four years of sales or account management experience with two years preferable in employee benefits or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • The Account Executive Seniorwould have a bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field with six years of sales or account management experience with preferably four years of experience in employee benefits or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Must be currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and /or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted. Prior to receiving a license staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities. Must have a valid state driver\'s license.

  • Represents the organization in a positive, professional manner, adapting to changing priorities as needed

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Responsible for retaining profitable group business.
  • Manages and nurtures relationships with brokers/agent/groups to facilitate lifetime relationships with members.
  • Effectively work within a team environment and able to work with cross functional teams (ie. Underwriting, customer service, claims, etc.)
  • Ability to establish and maintain a key account prospect list for cross selling opportunities
  • Develops and follows customer service plan to meet established standards
  • Ability to anticipate customers needs and effectively problem solve.
  • Monitors business/industry conditions, customer developments and competitive activities. Works with Group Managers to reflect changing market conditions in the sales approach.

The expected base hiring range for an Account Executive is \$68,000 - \$92,000 and the expected base hiring range for an Account Executive Senior is \$99,500 - \$134,600 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; r levant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. This role has a robust incentive plan based on individual and organizational goal achievement.The current full salary range for the Account Executive role is \$64,000 - \$104,000 and the current full salary range for the Account Executive Senior role is \$93,000 - \$153,000.
