Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payment Processor in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, United States. You will be part of a dynamic team in the finance industry, primarily responsible for processing loan payments and maintaining accurate loan accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process loan payments and payoffs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct detailed analysis associated with loan accounting, including interest calculations, exceptions, reversals, and corrections.
• Prepare accurate accounting entries for loan fees and costs, adhering to established procedures and standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both lenders and borrowers, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Review exceptions and grant entitlements to association’s online banking customers, ensuring secure and seamless transactions.
• Prepare organized work papers to support daily work and reconciliation processes.
• Participate in various projects within the department and collaborate with other functional areas as needed.
• Act as a backup for post-closing and draws positions, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and internal controls while performing all duties.
• Utilize the Automated Underwriting System, Calyx, Calyx Point, and CRM tools for efficient data processing.
SALARY RANGE: $24-$26/hour DOE

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payment Processor or in a related role.
• Proficient in using Automated Underwriting System.
• Familiarity with Calyx and Calyx Point software is required.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong skills in data processing.
• Knowledge of About Time software.
• Experience in handling appraisals.
• Understanding of closing processes in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strict adherence to compliance standards and regulations.
