We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the accounting industry, located in Coconut Grove, Florida. The role involves joining our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will be responsible for various accounting functions, including processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process vendor invoices on a monthly basis

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Use QuickBooks Enterprise for various financial tasks

• Produce detailed financial reports on a regular basis

• Undertake bank and credit card reconciliation tasks

• Utilize various accounting software systems, such as ADP - Financial Services and Concur

• Perform accrual accounting tasks as part of the job role

• Conduct auditing tasks when required

• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) related duties

• Ensure accurate account coding for all transactions

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is needed

• Knowledge of Concur is desirable

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is valued

• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions is required

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is preferred

• Auditing skills are highly desirable

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) is beneficial

• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is valued
