Lead School Age Teacher

Padonia Park Child Center is located in Baltimore County, just off of I-83, offering child care for infant through pre-kindergarten, before and after school care for ages 5-12.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily planning and execute an educational program appropriate for the children assigned to the group
• Provide a loving and nurturing environment for all children
• Work with children, parents and staff in an atmosphere of empathy and teamwork
• Represent Padonia Park Child Center in a professional manner

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• MD 45 School Age - Preferred
• At least 1 year documented experience working with children in an approved childcare setting
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Ability to build professional relationships with families and co-workers
• Ability to communicate professionally, written and verbal
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Energetic, motivated, organized
• Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with PADONIA.
• Private transportation necessary (2+ miles from public transportation)
