Job Title: Warehouse Associate I Location: Cobleskill, NY Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Available Shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Sunday to Tuesday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Wednesday to Saturday 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday to Friday

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Entry level warehouse associate to perform the following warehouse jobs; Picker, packer, box maker, palletizer, material handler, cross dock, and quality assurance.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Picks, packs, and handles materials for orders. - Performs quality inspections on outgoing shipments. - Processes all packages for shipments to include packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing. - Maintains a safe, clean working environment. - Participates in quality improvement processes. - Performs other related duties as assigned by management. - Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Commitment to excellence and high standards. - Flexible, and able to move within entry level warehouse positions. - Acute attention to detail. - Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB: - Must be at least 18 years old. - One to two years related experience. - Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Background check is required.
