Pay: $21-29/hr. (Depending on shift and experience). Direct Hire!

Available Shifts:

• 1st 6:30am – 2:30pm

• 2nd 2:30pm – 10:30pm

• 3rd 10:30pm – 6:30am

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...

• Performing hand (TIG) and orbital welding on aerospace alloys (nickel, cobalt, stainless steel, etc.) for gas turbine fuel nozzles

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Assembling parts prior to welding and understanding fit-up and clearance requirements

• Conducting visual weld inspections, including under 10x magnification

• Sectioning and polishing hardware to evaluate weld penetration

• Using backup gases (argon) and demonstrating a strong understanding of weld terminology

• Utilizing measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, pin gauges, and comparators

• Meeting standard work requirements and completing additional tasks as directed by management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you…

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Have completed an accredited welding training program (preferred)

• Possess 1-3+ years of TIG or MIG welding experience

• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Exhibit excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
