Banner Bank Senior CRE Draw Administrator in Clyde Hill, Washington

As a Senior CRE Draw Administrator you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the construction draw analysis and budget monitoring and funding on a portfolio of complex construction loans for CRE income property and/or home builder loans. Manage high quality volume of complex work and timely draw processing to provide excellent customer service while maintaining risk management and compliance with bank policies. Provide expertise to production team on highly complex draw structures and issues that arise. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Responsible for handling all aspects of draw process of an assigned complex portfolio of CRE income property and/or homebuilder loans with accurate and timely review of contracts, front end cost review, budgets, invoices, loan documentation draw terms. Coordinate directly with outside third parties for timely receipt of due diligence items. Complete all aspects of draw analysis and budget monitoring and funding throughout the life of the construction loan. Analyzes routine to complex loan documents, including various CRE income property and/or home builder construction/disbursement terms, syndication terms for accuracy and to verify compliance with credit approval, closing processes, and risk/compliance procedures Responsible for reviewing appraisal and preconstruction evaluation on new construction and development loans. Balance through evidence of pre-paid construction costs prior to loan closing. Coordinates directly with inspector, title company and Borrower for monthly draw processing and timely receipt of due diligence items. Partner with third party inspectors to identify, evaluate and elevate any issues regarding construction budget and construction schedule. Administers loan disbursements in accordance to loan administration policy and guidelines. Oversees and manages draw files to assure accurate reports, statements, and accounting information, including consistency in accurate and timely draw processing, system processing and maintenance, draw file scanning and uploading. Maintains a balance of credit policy and compliance requirements with draw processing to ensure draws are processed in a consistent manner in accordance with all policies, procedures and timely to meet Borrower requests. Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Experience 6 or more years of experience in commercial real estate banking required Affordable Housing/ LIHTC experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive experience in funding and draw processing of complex CRE income property and/or home builder products. Understanding of AIA documentation and budget balancing requirements. Knowledge of CRE income property and home builder credit processes to analyze complex draw requests, cost overrun issues, insurance coverage, title issues, complex loan document draw terms against credit approval. Experience with excel, budgets, contracts, front end cost reviews, title date downs, insurance, permits, loan system processing, maintenance and troubleshooting of system transactions, GL accounting and wire balancing. Proven ability to work directly with outside borrowers, inspection consultants, title and insurance companies, participating banks and other third parties in processing complex CRE income property and/or home builder loans. Proven analytical ability and strong attention to detail, including proficiency in MS Office applications and loan system input.
