Recruiter 2, Aviation / Aerospace Recruiter 2, Aviation / Aerospace We're looking for afull-time, staff RPO Recruiter to join our Yoh team remotely! Under the direction of the account manager and senior recruiters, develops practical recruiting techniques to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities. The Recruiter 2 will seek guidance and be given direction to learn the business, develop sourcing and recruiting skills, and grow within the role to become a Grow with Yoh Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Recruiter 2 will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contributing to the overall success of the business center. This position is a career path progression from a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist or can be a Yoh Certified Recruiter. As the Recruiter 2, here's the work you'll do: Building a track record of demonstrated competency in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives as well as meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operates proficiently in filling various types of jobs in multiple industries, as assigned. Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase. Communicate/collaborates with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other HRIS systems. Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate candidate and contractor related problems. Demonstrates a proficient understanding of the business and industry; can effectively build relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions. Can utilize established network to anticipate and meet client requests. Effectively utilizes recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc. Works to understand the client's needs and reacts appropriately in an environment of competing priorities. Others as assigned by management. This role is for you if you have these skills: Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruiting process Knowledge of the staffing industry Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience usingapplicant tracking systems And if you have these qualifications: Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience 2 - 5 years experience AIRS preferred What's in it for you?
