Job Description Performs the quantitative and qualitative analyses related to the production of short-, mid- and long-term financial plans for PSE and its parent companies, as well as analytics associated with resource additions, corporate performance drivers and various strategic initiatives. Leads the development of interdepartmental consensus on analytical assumptions and approaches leveraged for financial planning purposes. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. Job Responsibilities Reviews natural gas transport, storage and non-standard contracts to ensure correct setup/modeling in ETRM systems. Downloads necessary reports and contract list from pipeline websites, updates the pipeline fees, manages recall gas and updates valuation pools in ETRM system Manages ETRM system license allocation, ICE mapping, user access SOX control, IAM request approval and the user access tracker updates Maintains authorized trader account provisioning on third party websites Ensures trade floor authorized trader list is updated accurately Updates price curves for illiquid locations and maintains pipeline tariff rates in PSE's trade capture systems Enters gas loads, broker fees, taxes, gas cuts financial settlement fees, Tacoma LNG premiums and fees, NGX/ICE fee allocation, Alberta fuel charges, storage/distillates volumes/costs, daily gas price and FX rates in ETRM systems Manages AER, CER and DOE permit renewals and obtains NAFTA certificates Works with tax department to respond to counterparty requests on tax related questions Prepares and submits gas compliance filings to internal stakeholders and external agencies Monitors daily and monthly trade reporting to the index price developers and manages related corrections, audits and the Code of Conduct updates on PSE website Manages Dodd Frank related compliance, rule updates, LEI renewals, CFTC Form 40 updates, markit portal updates, training, management approval of End User Exception and communications with the external parties Manages business Continuity Plan/Exercise Review/Coordination/Updates Provides consultative review of transactions prior to execution and during deal entry process Works with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on resolving issues, developing policy and drafting framework documentation, manages the Palms training publication for Energy Risk Policy and Procedures. Builds ad-hoc reports in Excel per the team's needs and management direction. Leads projects and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and/or equivalent experience with progressively increasing level of responsibility 5+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management Ability to work effectively without direct supervision in a fast paced, stressful, and multitasking environment Desired Qualifications
