Data Analyst 3 Category: Database Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-371988 Hybrid Data Product Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client based in Bellevue, WA Summary This role will lead a variety of analytics initiatives for the eCommerce ePromoter team to help enhance customer experience, reduce contacts and drive revenue growth. This is a critical role and will have constant communication and visibility to senior leadership. Most importantly, this role is an integral part of a fast-paced collaborative team and the Data PM should possess an innate entrepreneurial spirit to explore the uncharted! What You'll Be Doing: Mine operations data (such as ePromoter, customer service, returns, fulfillment etc), and sales data to drive actionable insights on a product, category and general business level. Execute deep dive analysis to answer key business questions related to the eCommerce platform. Leverage data to understand trends and future opportunities to reduce customer contacts, improve CX and increase eCommerce revenue growth. Leverage predictive modeling techniques in the process. Proactively work with business units and teams to understand and translate data-driven initiatives and potential ideas. Synthesize ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and users to determine what to build based on business priorities, strategy and vision. Build and maintain new reports, or enhancements to existing reports for ePromoter team. Design and support building new data pipelines (or enhancements to existing data pipelines) by partnering with engineering teams. Troubleshoot and resolve any data issues for ePromoter team Manage operational data requests, and provide visibility to tracking data for emerging issues reported by sites. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Advanced working sql, data analysis skills and a BI tool like Tableau ARE Experience writing SQL queries from scratch and provide meaningful insights from the data. Ability to research and contribute (from an analyst perspective) on API development and database design. Succinct/proactive/confident communication data-driven insights (translating data into business speak) to all levels of the business stakeholders from operational to executive Self-starter mentality with the ability to deliver results under minimal supervision Openness to work with different cultures and working styles Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Product Management roles 5+ years of experience in data manipulation using Advanced SQL Experience in an eCommerce and/or Customer Service domains Strong problem solving ability along with proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a rigid determination to meet deadlines Excellent communication and data presentation skills Pay Range:$60.00/hr.
