Honeywell Sr Process Engineer in Clover, South Carolina

Sr Process Engineer As a Sr Process Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the process engineering function within the company. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight to the process engineering teams. The Sr Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure process efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Lead productivity projects

· Process Hazard Analysis

· Maintain engineering documents

· Scope Capital projects

· Optimize energy consumption.

· Develop technical solutions

· Perform root cause analysis

· Utilize Six Sigma tools

· Identify process KPI/KPOs

· Develop process control plans

· Create process packages

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (“PIP®”), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering. • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or chemical manufacturing environment.

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline • Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Strong technical expertise in process optimization, design, and troubleshooting • Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
