Divinity Home Care is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a contingent PT. We are Medicare A certified, providing multiple disciplines to patients throughout Macomb County and surrounding areas.

Your schedule is flexible each week, as you work with each patient to schedule their appointments to ensure their visit frequency is met.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid PT License for State of Michigan
• Current, valid Drivers License
