As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting innovative robotic solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Clinton, TN

Schedule: 1st shift hours

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts.

• Machine components such as blades, curved parts, and wheels with high accuracy.

• Cut curves and soft edges into various materials to meet design specifications.

• Create complex shapes in a single setup, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Follow ESD safety requirements and adhere to manufacturing schedules.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Experience with Fusion 360 software and preferably with Haas equipment.

• Ability to work well with peers and employees across various disciplines.

• Proficiency in using a Windows operating system to access manufacturing documentation.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards in manufacturing tasks.
