The primary function of the Information Technology intern will be to maintain functional capacity on the automated line(s) within our facility. You will establish methods for solving technical problems, implement production management tools, work on the installation of new and replacement parts and review software.

In this internship role, you will have the opportunity to be on the floor to meet different challenges, make decisions and quickly see the results.
You will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program in General Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Major
Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
Proficient Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to provide own housing near Clinton, MS area

THE ENVIRONMENT

The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
