Position Purpose:

The successful candidate will manage the implementation and maintenance of PFS’s Engineered Labor Standards, Voice Selection System, RF Selection System and Associate Performance Tracking System to track warehouse productivity and labor expense against management directed goals. Instrumental in maintaining the integrity of the standard Warehouse Performance Incentive system, which drives payroll for all warehouse operations. Identify opportunities for ongoing operational improvements. Monitor performance measures and identify locations in need of support. Support various aspects of the Warehouse Management System. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Primary Responsibility:

• Implement and maintain Engineered Labor Standards within Associate Performance Tracking System

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements

• Assist with rollouts of Voice Selection System, RF Selection System and Warehouse Management System conversions

• Position requires around 75% travel

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelors Industrial Engineering

Required Experience: 1 - 3 years' experience

Required proficiency in Auto CAD LT drafting and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
