What Youll Do:

• Rebuild and Repair:Diagnose and rebuild transmissions (automatic and manual) with expert skill, handling everything from minor repairs to complete overhauls.
• Problem Solving:Identify issues using diagnostic equipment and apply advanced mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality repairs.
• Quality Control:Ensure every transmission meets high standards for durability and performance, testing completed units to verify their condition.
• Maintain Equipment:Keep tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop space organized and in peak condition to ensure efficient workflow.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience:Proven experience in transmission rebuilding, with a deep knowledge of a range of vehicle makes and models.
• Technical Skills:Strong mechanical aptitude, experience with diagnostic tools, and understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Certification:ASE certification is a plus, or equivalent training and certification in transmission rebuilding.
• Attention to Detail:Meticulous in your work, with an eye for quality and a commitment to ensuring every job is done right the first time.
• Team Player:Ability to collaborate with other technicians, troubleshoot, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
