Robert Half Sr Treasury Analyst/Cash Manager in Cleveland, Ohio

Description We are looking for a Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer based in Cleveland, Ohio. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organization, including monitoring and analyzing daily cash positions, assisting with treasury projects, and preparing financial reports. This role is a perfect fit for individuals with skills in Cash Activity, Corporate Treasury, and Treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the company's daily cash position to cover cash commitments

• Coordinate and optimize short-term borrowing or investments

• Assist in the execution of daily cash management duties

• Pool cash from all secondary bank accounts when necessary

• Administer the Automated Clearing House (ACH) program

• Lead and assist with various treasury projects and initiatives

• Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules set by cash department personnel for the reconciliation of all cash-related accounts

• Assist in executing standby letters of credit, export letters of credit, performance bonds, and similar instruments

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the global cash position Requirements • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as CTP or CFA are a plus.

• Proven experience in a Treasury Analyst role or similar position within the financial sector.

• Strong understanding of cash activity, corporate treasury, and treasury functions.

• Proficiency in financial software and databases.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees and external vendors.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
