Job Description Job Title: Project Manager - Demand to Renew (D2R) Global Transformation Program Position Overview If you have a proven track record in program operations and you shine in a global and diverse environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The Project Manager will join and help drive the team driving Rockwell Automation's Enterprise Transformation to an outcome-based and data-driven organization by furthering efficient, data-driven Program Operations. This includes ensuring scalable process improvements that maximize talent allocation and achieve high-level business objectives for the Demand to Renew (D2R) initiative. Demand to Renew paves the way for a single connected experience that enables a seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle that maximizes value, minimizes risk, and optimizes time. The Project Manager's primary responsibility will be driving execution within D2R. The Project Manager will work closely with the Program Operations Leader to develop strategic plans that drive execution, and enable delivery of the program to ultimately the achievement of our Enterprise Transformation results and outcomes. You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. Your Responsibilities: As the Project Manager, you will Support the Demand to Renew Program in developing, executing and reporting program metrics and milestones Provide stakeholders with visibility and updates on key initiatives. Point out connections and reconcile possible collisions between different offerings, features, and platforms. Experience develop scalable process improvements that maximize talent allocation and achieve high-level business objectives. Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure priorities and programs are aligned with short- and long-term business objectives. Compile and disseminate meeting notes, key decisions, actions and next steps within 24 hours after each meeting. Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability and communication by facilitating meetings with key stakeholders. Send clear and concise project status updates as needed. Use continuous improvement methods to identify ways to optimize program effectiveness, efficiency and quality. Support review sessions with project teams to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance. Track and manage the costs and performance of the program. Coordinate the preparation of operating budgets. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention with project managers. Oversee contractor onboarding / off-boarding Monitor training requirement adherence at workstream level Please note this role does not have managerial responsibilities The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree.
