Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. Senior Treasury Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio

Critical treasury role with responsibility for determining, executing, and overseeing daily tasks and functions related to cash management across the Corporation including overseeing and supporting operational liquidity, cash and investments, debt servicing, and risk management. The individual will build and maintain cash flow forecasting models to support the continued growth initiatives of the company and will work closely with the Assistant Treasurer in managing access to capital for investment. This role also serves as the Company's operational lead for banking services and managing treasury banking relationships. In addition, the individual will evaluate, assist with determination of, and oversee implementation of Treasury initiatives including continuous improvement projects across the department while actively seeking cross training and leadership opportunities. Job Duties: Oversee and manage the payment process for US and Canadian operations Help manage the overall liquidity across the Company's core banking network Prepare financial plans and analysis for the cash forecast, to effectively conduct critical borrowing and investing activities Assist with the evaluation and determination of cash management initiatives Record and reconcile cash transactions Oversee bank documentation and agreements Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the banking industry framework Audit and proactively monitor bank fees and services Review bank services and determine required enhancements to support the organization Develop banking relationships for cash management and assist in integrating new technology Communicate daily with internal associates and banking partners regarding critical payment execution including wires, ACH, check, and other funding actions Assist the broader Finance Department with reconciliation and external audit reviews Manage unclaimed property filings for the Company and monitor outstanding checks and credits Develop cash management training for acquisitions Compile documentation in accordance with company policy Review, determine and manage appropriate procedures and processes to achieve compliance with internal controls and policies Assist with determination and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects with broader Treasury and Finance teams Support other adhoc projects and requests from the Treasury department. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
