Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical part in delivering high-quality information systems-specific projects using waterfall and agile methodologies. This professional will need extensive knowledge and experience in project management principles and information systems leading practices, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various information systems projects. This candidate will be responsible for identifying project requirements, setting project objectives, performing feasibility impact assessments and will work with the team to implement new project management tools and techniques and identifying projects to digital technology stakeholders. They will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including technical teams, business teams, application programmers, and leaders. They will be responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to successfully complete projects.

Salary: $110k-$120k

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in the field of project management or Information Technology

 4-6 years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (ideally involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, and/or PC deployment)

 Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

 In-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

 Experience working on projects that utilize shared enterprise systems that follow different release schedules.

 In Depth knowledge managing SDLC Projects to completion and working with technical teams to be sure risks are identified and timelines are met.

 In depth knowledge of risk fundamentals, identification, risk response and risk logs.

 Resource demand and capacity planning skills.

 Proficiency in documenting/gathering technical requirements from business teams and stakeholders

 Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies and utilizing a hybrid approach null
