We are seeking an experienced Senior AR Specialist to join our growing team! This role involves reviewing and processing daily cash, resolving customer disputes, payments, credits, invoices, and contracts. Handling a high volume of transactions, this role demands quick decision-making. The Senior AR Specialist plays a key role in reducing Accounts Receivable exposure by actively monitoring the assigned portfolio and ensuring prompt and effective collections and issue resolution, all in alignment with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities : * Reviews and compiles the daily incoming cash and deductions worksheet. * Resolve open accounts receivable issues. * Recognizes problematic accounts, processes, or trends and escalates them as needed. * Adheres to strong documentation practices to maintain a detailed record of actions taken on accounts. * Identifies account trends and communicates them to the supervisor for further analysis or escalation. * Contacts customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquencies. * Verifies and updates customer account details * Prepares and generates status reports on accounts aging and payment history. * Completes additional related tasks as required Experience : * Associate degree or equivalent work experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in AR * Understanding of account systems and cash applications. * Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts and navigate customer portals. * Comfort with numbers, and reconciliation of transactions and balances Please apply now for consideration!
