Job Description Our technologies are used globally to deliver critical services, such as power, water, and critical manufacturing. You will work with a high-performing team of like-minded individuals passionate about ensuring that our technologies are delivered with the highest levels of security and safety. You will support engineering communities producing a diverse array of the latest technologies in software, IoT, artificial intelligence, cloud, and embedded systems. Join us in the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS) as we deliver safe, secure and resilient technologies to protect our global community and the critical services and goods they provide. Rockwell Automation is looking for a communication expert who will build interest, awareness and advocacy for our product safety and security programs. You will design and amplify content to support important initiatives while using your creativity and expertise to find and capture the minds of our target audiences. This role is for an individual contributor, on a global team and will report to the manager of product security. Your Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day execution of communications programs. Craft thought-provoking narratives, organize security campaigns, and host events to promote awareness engagement. Promote and support the adoption of key security programs and initiatives Include writing, designing and editing content using a variety of learning styles and methodology. Project manage deliverables and activities while working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. Implement security education, training and awareness objectives across the company. Maintain accurate training records of all training performed for certain roles. Leverage experience with adult learning styles and ADDIE to help analyze and build training. Track metrics to demonstrate success through engagement, behaviors, and improvement. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years experience with creative marketing tools, software programs, marketing platforms. Previous communications and/or training experience. Project management skills with the ability to support a variety of partners. Experience in communications related to cybersecurity, technology, or development. Previous experience developing curriculum for adult learners. Experience creating interactive, multimedia education training and resources for employees globally.
