Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation and Transformation Manager to join our Firmwide Risk Management team at Crowe LLP. As a Risk Innovation and Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and leading innovative initiatives to transform processes and enable business growth through risk management practices and processes. Your expertise in process improvement, change management, risk management and innovation will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, implementing new technologies, and driving efficiencies across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead and manage innovation and transformation initiatives, driving process improvements, risk management and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive growth. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing transformative changes. Apply change management methodologies to assess, plan, and implement change initiatives within the organization. Develop and execute change management plans, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting best practices and driving adoption of new technologies and processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful adoption and integration. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change management metrics. Utilize Governance Risk and Compliance ("GRC") technology to streamline risk management processes and enhance risk visibility. Requirements: 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Improvement, Risk Management, or a related field. Proven experience in driving innovation, implementing new technologies, and leading transformation initiatives within an organization.- Strong knowledge and understanding of process improvement methodologies and change management principles. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
