Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor in Cleveland, Ohio

Hospice nurses play a vital role in helping patients spend their final days in a way that truly reflects who each individual is and what matters to them most. More than providing medical care, it’s about going above and beyond to honor their wishes and ensure they have dignity and comfort. This requires a deeper level of commitment and compassion, but the impact is immeasurable. As a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor, you will be an important mentor for Case Managers, CNA and other interdisciplinary team members to help ensure the highest quality of care.

RN Qualifications:

  • 2 years of community health, home health, or hospice and palliative care Registered Nurse experience preferred.

  • 1 year of clinical supervisory experience preferred

  • Active unencumbered state RN license

  • Current driver's license and auto liability coverage

  • CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical

RN Schedule & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with on call rotation for clinical support
