About the role
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing the front desk operations, maintaining a professional atmosphere, and supporting the financial services team with clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, manage calls, and maintain a clean reception area.
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with general inquiries.
- Manage and coordinate calendars for the President and Manager.
- Handle mail, data entry, filing, and office supply management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and confidentiality.
Location & Commitments
- Permanent full-time role
- On-site: 4321 Lorain Ave, Suite C, Cleveland, OH 44113
- 9 AM -- 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during tax season.

Candidate requirements
- High school diploma or GED; bookkeeping certification preferred.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual (English and Spanish) highly recommended.
