Demonstrate extensive-level abilities in delivering high-quality financial advisory services in the health business transformation practice which includes the following areas:

  • Providing strategic insights, optimizing financial processes, driving business growth, and engaging senior finance executives to design future-state finance functions, drive process redesign, and support operating model transformations.

  • Leveraging expertise to provide strategic insights, helping organizations optimize their financial processes, and drive business growth;

  • Engaging senior finance executives to design future-state finance functions, drive process redesign, and support operating model transformations;

  • Assessing client financial health and recommending strategies for improving profitability and efficiency;

  • Aligning financial objectives with overall business goals;

  • Identifying inefficiencies in financial operations and implementing process improvements;

  • Integrating financial technology solutions for enhancing reporting and compliance;

  • Possessing a strong understanding of financial management principles (budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis);

  • Being proficient in using financial software and tools;

  • Experiencing in managing financial operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams;

  • Having previous experience in researching finance;

  • Engaging senior finance executives on strategic initiatives (future-state finance designing, operating model transforming);

  • Demonstrating expertise in financial modeling, process optimizing, and technology integrating (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday);

  • Knowing financial regulations and industry best practices;

  • Communicating, presenting, and managing stakeholders effectively;

  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;

  • Managing client engagements and producing solutions in healthcare provider operations;

  • Understanding key operational and financial drivers in healthcare provider organizations;

  • Managing client engagements in healthcare operations leadership;

  • Understanding industry trends, regulatory changes, and their impact on healthcare organizations;

  • Assessing healthcare provider operating models (strategy, capabilities, operational performance, governance models, compensation plan designing);

  • Understanding quality reporting requirements;

  • Implementing and optimizing health provider alignment models;

  • Benchmarking healthcare provider performance and costs to leading practices;

  • Building and maintaining networks of client relationships and community involvement;

  • Communicating value propositions and managing resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing, and collections;

  • Preparing and coordinating complex written and verbal materials;

  • Supervising teams, fostering trust, encouraging diverse views, and providing direction to less experienced staff;

  • Coaching staff and providing timely feedback;

  • Developing, writing, presenting, and facilitating discussions on strategy;

  • Understanding healthcare provider industry operations, terminology, payment systems, and environment;

  • Having healthcare provider or related consulting experience;

  • Understanding core provider healthcare systems (ERP and EHR technologies); and,

  • Experiencing with common business and data tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, Alytrx, Tableau).

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
