Overview TRC Environmental Corp. seeks to fill a mid-level (5-10 year) Environmnetal Engineer/Scientist/Geologist position within our Cleveland, Ohio office. The individual selected for this position will be assisting in the continued growth of TRC's Environmental & Infrastructure service offerings through project execution, management, and business development responsibilities and the further advancement/recognition of TRC in the marketplace. This position is designed to strengthen the office with growth and experience. The successful candidate would work across the Environmental & Infrastructure Sector (EI) in collaboration with TRC's Practice Leaders and project managers. A successful candidate will have responsibility managing projects, lending technical experience to existing projects and expanding the office client base through business development activities. The position and will be supported by technical, project management, and client development personnel across the EI Sector. Collectively, TRC's regional capabilities include over 100 personnel located in six offices in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Responsibilities The Geologist/Engineer/Scientist will: Be responsible for prospecting for new clients and securing compliance, site assessment, remediation, with an emphasis on due diligence projects. Will serve as Project Manager and Client Manager for new and existing customers, including project scoping, proposal preparation, budgeting, project accounting, report preparation, and quality assurance. Support environmental investigation, compliance and remediation projects in the field and office. Will be expected to achieve 65% utilization on billable projects within six months of hire and maintaining that level thereafter. Will be responsible for cross-selling and increasing business from accounts under management. Will work with other TRC project managers and business development professionals, developing strategies for new and existing customers. Possess strong verbal, written, presentation and excellent client management skills; demonstrated ability leading and managing complex proposals and projects; as well as being goal oriented, quality focused, and have demonstrated success wor
