Program Manager II-OR Operations

This role will support the Main Campus Submarket OR Operations team. You will be responsible for all operating rooms across Main Campus & our 4 ASCs. This is a rewarding opportunity that offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support, and resources. A caregiver in this position works Days, 8:00am-5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field.

• Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.

• OR Associate's degree and five years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.

• OR Master's degree and two years of experience may substitute for one year of experience.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Experience in a healthcare setting.

• Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $27.65

Maximum hourly: $42.17
