Job Description

Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities. Supervise team to deliver results and meet customer deadlines. Set goals for the team, including, weekly, monthly & annual goals. Ability to change scheduling on the fly to meet commitments. Managing daily operations to maintain quality, accuracy & efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Purchasing Department to maintain needed raw materials for production also work closely and oversee customer service representatives setting lead-time to delivery

· Audit all Job Files to ensure production costs are accurate

· Evaluate and improve workflows to meet production deadlines and minimize waste

· Track production materials and supplies, maintain accurate inventory levels

· Ensure compliance with state regulations, company quality control standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Previous production scheduling a plus

· Previous inventory management experience

· 1-year previous management experience

· Attention to detail

· Reliable transportation

· High school diploma or GED

· Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
