Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 an hour contingent on experience · Incentive Earning Plan (10% Bonus of Annual Salary) · Set Work Schedule -- 40 Hours Per Week · Winter/Snow Guaranteed Hours · Promotion Potential and Growth Opportunities · Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability Benefits · 401k with Company Match · Paid-Time Off and Holiday's Off for Hourly and Salary Employees · Company Uniforms Provided Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee a crew size or 3-5 members Duties/Responsibilities: · On-Call for snow removal during winter hours · Has a basic knowledge of plants, horticulture pruning, lawn and landscape bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up · Reading blueprints, building flower beds, installing plants, lawns, trees, boulders, and installing mulch in flower beds. · Proficiently operate a variety of landscaping and construction equipment · Communicate with clients when necessary and address customer concerns · Effectively communicates client needs to the Account Manager · Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and maintains equipment · Train crew members to properly use equipment and perform job duties to the Ground Works Land Design standard. · Performs all other duties as assigned.
