REP SUPPORT Provide technical and informational support for North American P&M Reps Utilize technical resources within both the marketing and lab group for rep assistance Maintain database for use by technical group Be able to prioritize and follow through with field requests for information Must utilize time management and resources to handle volume of calls PRODUCT MARKETING SUPPORT Engage and review field marketing issues with product team Assist product managers with specific product launches and review of marketing collateral Provide field feedback during and after product launch to assist in successful implementation Participate and feedback for product managers on product related issues or trends MARKETING UPDATES Review current and existing marketing collateral and work with MARCOM to update as necessary Keep technical team informed of any industry changes or competitive technologies Pre-Launch review of new product information and data sheets Become voice of the field Update and maintain knowledge and product section of P&M Sharepoint site. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: High school diploma or equivalent 10 Years of Field Experience Preferred: 4 Year degree with experience KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Strong knowledge and background in Protective and Marine Coatings Ability to evaluate and resolve technical or product related issues on an ongoing basis Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills Preferred: Knowledge of MS Office TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Strong background in Protective and Marine Coatings Preferred: Prefer background as P&M sales or technical rep TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: (TIME SPENT AWAY FROM HOME OR OTHER TYPICAL OFFICE LOCATION) 10% Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
