The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing the manufacturing operations of our Stick Electrode - Extrusion line within the Consumables division. You will oversee processes, manage personnel, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient production while strictly adhering to safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance, meet operational goals, and maintain a safe and productive working environment. What You Will Do: * Production Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and manage all production activities within the department, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing outputs. * Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate core team members while overseeing cross-functional teams.
