1st shift Machine Operator $18-20 HR | Direct Hire

Summary:

This company is looking for a candidate with at least 4-5 years of machine operating experience, with a plan to grow with the company over time. The role pays $18-20 an hour; however, could be more if the candidate has 7+ years of experience in machining. The environment itself is clean and temperature controlled.

1st shift - 7:00am- 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate numerous coiling, stamping or four-slide machines within the department.

• Maintain an eye for quality on all parts produced on the machine.

Must Haves:

• Two years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment on machines

• Must be able to follow directions and retain information.

• Hold themselves accountable for a high level of performance.

• Pay close attention to detail.

• Work efficiently and demonstrate the ability to multitask.

• Communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally on all levels
