Job Description Rockwell Automation goes to market by industry and region. As the Global Digital Services (GDS) Lead Principal of Life Sciences you will guide Rockwell Automation's Digital Team of Life Sciences Professionals into market. You will collaborate with Kalypso/Cyber-Digital-MOM (CDM) Capability Leaders, GDS Regional Lead Principals, and Rockwell Automation's GSM Life Sciences Industry Leaders and Global and Regional Strategic Account Leaders. You will be responsible for driving significant growth for Rockwell Automation's Life Sciences Industry Practice; for growing a Team of committed Professionals across the organizations; and ensuring a strong, ongoing reputation with Clients & Industry Stakeholders. You will report to the Vice President of Global Digital and Cybersecurity Services. What You Will Do: Ensure the GSM Life Sciences Industry Vice President, Regional Life Sciences Vice Presidents, Life Sciences Industry Principals, Digital Business Unit Directors and Senior Managers understand and are aligned with our approach to the market. Lead annual Industry Planning with GSM Life Sciences Vice President, Regional Life Sciences Vice Presidents, Digital Business Unit Managing Director, and Rockwell Leaders Understand our competition and win themes to beat them Identify Market & Capability gaps indicating the need for Acquisitions or Senior Hires; Lead/Sponsor Integrations and/or Onboarding Regularly communicate progress toward Strategic Objectives & Priorities to Key Stakeholders Business Development & Account Leadership: Create and drive a Business Development Engine which ensures reliable, steady sources of demand. Drive Business Development at 3-5 Clients and 3-5 Prospects Build a Network of Senior Buyers of our services Assign Leaders to Accounts and participate in account planning & execution activities, including direct participation in Client Relationship Management Establish Position & Relationships within GSM organization - Doubled Boxed with Life Sciences Industry Vice President in the Global region for all Digital Services work Cascade messages to the industry teams on the relative healthy of the Digital business, forecast, pipeline Develop relationships with Cybersecurity and Software teams to drive integrated CDM selling approach Grow the overall Practice >10% per year Generate $5M - $10M in Annual Sales Contribute to team selling to achieve collective team goals in Life Sciences Support $30M - $50M in collective annual sales for Life Sciences globally Support $1M- $5M in collective annual sales of related CDM opportunities Marketing: Leverage Marketing Content to make a Market for our Services with Target Clients & External Industry Stakeholders Work with GSM Life Sciences Industry VP and Regional Industry VPs to set Strategy, Plan, and Budget Set Event Priorities & Agenda with Marketing Leaders and our Industry Leadership Team Set Content Agenda with the Marketing Content Leader and our Industry Leadership Team - ID meaningful content Practice Operations:
